PAYMENT
You may pay for your order using Visa or Mastercard credit cards online. The Smoochpooch site is a fully secure site that uses ANZ eGate to process transactions online within seconds. ANZ eGate is hosted within MasterCard's secure environment and upon placing your order you will be redirected to the ANZ eGate secure page to enter your credit card details.
Smoochpooch does not store your credit card details
All prices are quoted in NZ dollars and include GST content of 12.5%. International orders are exempt of GST content.
All orders received will be processed within 3 working days. Should an item be out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible to arrange either a back order (item is currently on re-order we will let you know approximate delivery time), an alternative style / colour or refund you the amount of the purchase.

Incorrect Sizing
Should the garment not be the correct size we will gladly exchange the size (no additional postage will be charged), alternately we can arrange a credit to use for future purchases or refund the item/s (excluding the postage charge) providing any returns sent back are in original condition with all labels and packaging intact.
